These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Captivation Suite website, and your relationship with Captivation Suite (“Captivation Suite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in its role as the merchant, billing, and payment administration entity for the brands it supports. By accessing this website or completing a purchase billed through Captivation Suite, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

Captivation Suite is the business and administrative umbrella supporting a portfolio of consumer and business-focused brands. For transactions processed through Captivation Suite’s merchant accounts, Captivation Suite serves as the merchant account holder and administers billing and payment for the purchase. This is why “Captivation Suite” or a similar descriptor may appear on your bank, card, or payment account statement. Captivation Suite currently operates as a sole proprietorship.

Eligibility

Our products and services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using this website or making a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

You may cancel future recurring charges using the method described at the time of purchase or in your customer communications. Cancellation stops future charges and does not automatically refund charges already made, except as required by law or the applicable refund terms.
